The Digital Hanger has been the Lufthansa Group's central innovation hub since it was founded in 2022. Agile teams develop digital products here to further improve the overall customer experience. As a pioneer in the development of groundbreaking digital solutions, Lufthansa is continuously driving forward its agile transformation.

Our trading partner designfunktion Rhein Main was able to win this pioneering project primarily due to its expertise in the areas of analysis and design. The project began with a series of workshops in close collaboration with project partner PMM Consulting & Services. The employees were also heavily involved in the planning workshops and the office concept.

The result is a dynamic place to work and meet. The New Work environment offers a variety of space options for concentrated work, retreat, co-creation and meetings. werner works was able to support the exchange opportunities for employees, customers and partners and create a creative environment with the 'stepup' seating platforms in this multi-space working environment.
