After being held five years in succession in Zaandam, the Design District trade fair is now back in Rotterdam. The most important trade fair in the Netherlands for contemporary design, covering all topics concerning architecture and interior design, took place in the Van-Nelle factory.
Van-Nelle is a UNESCO World Heritage building and is therefore the ideal platform to attract as many visitors as possible. A total of around 6,000 interior designers, architects, designers and project managers found their way to Rotterdam to investigate the latest trends.
werner works, in cooperation with agents Ludo Gommans (luudo design furniture), exhibited innovative product solutions for the modern office world.
In addition to the new 'basic view' and 'container' product lines, four variously equipped cupboard booths formed the central feature of the trade fair stand. The completely upholstered interior of the cupboard offers space for undisturbed work or telephone calls, or as a sitting booth to relax in.
