The reception counter is the business card of every company. It is a meeting point and the place that makes a first impression. This is where people come together for the first time. Here, guests are welcomed, phone calls made and meetings arranged. Few other workplaces are so much in the public eye. The demands placed on office furniture for the reception area are correspondingly high. When materials, colours, shapes, fixtures and arrangements all come together, an all-embracing, welcoming culture can be created.
In addition, the reception desk should also meet all the criteria of a functional work table. This is why we have added motorized height-adjustable tables to our 'basic C' product line. The T-leg frames of the tables offer legroom on the one hand and provide the necessary stability by being attached to the sides on the other.;

A new material variant in 'cockpit 2.0' is the counter top in slatted look. The counter with slats in oiled oak has a particularly high-quality and contemporary look.
The straight or curved slatted front is produced at werner works using special tools and fitted with a continuous panel on both sides. The slats are framed at the top, right and left by a narrow frame.
The reception counter with slatted front consists of a maximum of 2 counter elements, which are joined together on site to form a formal unit.

The new foyer in the Museum of Arts and Crafts shows how to welcome guests in a tasteful way. With contemporary interiors and magnificent colors, the Hamburg design studio Besau-Marguerre has created a place with great appeal. Bright blue, bright yellow, finely graduated terracotta tones. The color concept has more than just a decorative character. It serves as a guidance system and reinterprets the colors of the historic coffered ceiling.

Contemporary work models offer staff the option to choose their own work environment. Work no longer happens only at your own desk, but at various locations – depending on the activity and the most appropriate place for it. To facilitate this agile mode of working, it makes sense to have the necessary work utensils and personal belongings close to hand, regardless of the work station location. With this in mind, Kinzo and werner works have developed the BRUNO locker bag: a mobile office-assistant for your keyboard, laptop, headset and office accessories, with plenty space for personal belongings.

These three terms can only be used to roughly describe the new headquarters of the MOL Group in Budapest, because they are still far from enough to understand the entire scope of the project. The 28-story building, planned by star architects Foster + Partners, is now the tallest building in Hungary. The aim of the project was to set new standards for sustainable construction in the middle of the vibrant metropolis of Budapest. With the long-term strategy “2030+”, the MOL Group has set itself the goal of achieving climate neutrality by 2050. The construction of the new headquarters is an essential building block on this path.

We are soon one of the first German office furniture manufacturers to use “Organic Board”. We are moving forward in the topic of sustainable materials and are now producing our furniture with chipboard bonded to biogenic glue (OrganicGlue).
OrganicGlue is made from biogenic raw materials, which contributes significantly to better sustainability and saves up to 20 m³ of natural gas per 1 m³ of chipboard. With sustainable wood chipboard, the use of fossil resources in production can be reduced by over 30%. The sustainable material is currently one of the first solutions in this area.
By 2025, the panels should consist of up to 50% recycled material.
