The new building, in which TOPdesk's new offices are located, was built on behalf of Hübner Immobilienverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG by the renowned company GOLDBECK and designed specifically according to TOPdesk's requirements. The architecture of the building reflects the vision of modern and innovative working.

The interior of the building was designed according to the principles of ‘New Work’ to create an inspiring and productive working environment. Lisa Benner, responsible for office management at TOPdesk, led this project and worked closely with Römer OfficeCenter from Kaiserslautern to find the perfect fit-out.

A total of 135 workstations, 8 meeting rooms and 8 individual booths were set up on four floors according to this special room concept. This modern working environment offers a completely new feeling of work. The rooms create cross-departmental collaboration and are the perfect combination for productivity and creativity. TOPdesk has long recognised that space, technology and people play an enormous role as a symbiosis for the workplace of the future.

With the ‘parkour’ booths in the TOPdesk office world, werner works has created places for retreat and communication that enrich the creative environment.
