This often creates a demand for environments to be flexible because there is not always a separate workroom available.
'basic cap Home' combines storage space and workplace in a single piece of furniture. The minimalist design of the basic cap storage range in combination with the pull-out top panel as a worktop offers a comfortable place to work without sacrificing aesthetics.

With more than 300 workstations and an innovative room layout, BP shows how important it is to design working environments for the future. The offices have been successfully converted from one and two-person rooms into team worlds, creating team offices of around 400 m². Different working and meeting areas harmonise with quiet areas to retreat and take a break.
In the colourful meeting rooms, the standing-height caddies provide space for presentation documents on wheels.

Plambeck, a Norderstedt housing company in the north of Germany, was looking for a redesign of its offices in a building dating back to the seventies. Divided into cubicle offices typical of that time, the floor plan was ideal for working in an open space. Dashes of bright yellow and blue add a bold twist to the office floor concept created by the Gärtner furniture store in Hamburg.

The Volvo dealer "E.R.B. Auto Zentrum GmbH" is located in Hanover and covers a total area of 10,000 sqm. Since April 2002, the car centre has been responsible for sales and service for the exclusive Volvo brand. In November 2019, the sales area was re-designed and furnished in line with Volvo design specifications. For the local dealership, the main focus was to develop a modern, customer-friendly service centre.

PARKOUR. CUPBOARD BOOTHS FOR MODERN WORKING ENVIRONMENTS.
The primary function of the office cupboard interior is to store files or office supplies, or maybe also to place things or hang coats. Particularly with respect to the changing conditions of a new working world, however, this space offers potential that has not yet been tapped.
In collaboration with the Berlin-based design studio Kinzo, werner works developed ‘parkour’, a new furniture range that reinterprets the cabinet interior. Cupboard booths with different furnishings provide an area for concentrated work, for quiet conversations on the phone or with another member of staff, for a short coffee break for two, a relaxing lounge or a spontaneous meeting zone for project work..

Sideboards are often used in open-plan offices to define work areas. The ‘Kinzo' from Berlin design office has developed add-on units on behalf of werner works especially for this type of use. The units not only give structure to the room but are also acoustically effective. With dimensions matched to our standard cupboards ‘basic S' and 'basic cap', the add-on units are set on top of two-file-high cupboards without the use of tools. In addition to the pinboards, the range also offers plant containers for adding greenery to office areas.

The world of work is changing - this includes an open and modern working environment. Gärtner Internationale Möbel from Hamburg designed the rooms in Hammerbrook for the Hamburger Volksbank, providing places to meet and exchange ideas for seminars, training courses and events. The rooms are also suitable for flexible working. Nothing resembles the classic interiors of banking rooms here.

The Europcar Mobility Group, Europe’s leading car rental company with international mobility service providers in 133 countries, has moved into its new German headquarters in Hamburg. They are now located in the Berliner Bogen, an internationally acclaimed glass and steel office building with state-of-the-art working conditions.
Individual offices and filing cabinets have given way to think tanks, mobile workstations and a paperless way of working. Personal ‘lockers’ by werner works help employees to settle in and organise their lives more easily around working hours.

Working in Frankfurt couldn’t be more beautiful. The newly planned MainTor Panorama by Christoph Mäckler is located directly on the River Main and in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The international law firm CMS Hasche Sigle chose this location for its Frankfurt domicile. This is the second time they have commissioned the Darmstadt office of Lengfeld & Wilisch Architekten to plan and design the new office space for more than 250 lawyers and employees.
The layout of the 9 standard floors has been optimised with respect to the international processes of the law firm and uses a mix of individual offices, combined office zones and open group
workstations to respond to the different requirements and

The new GAG Immobilien headquarters office building was constructed on an area of around 15,000 square meters between the police headquarters and the Odysseum in the Kalk district of Cologne. The Cologne-based architects JSWD planned the building complex. The three-dimensional façade structure, covered with light natural stone from shell limestone, characterises the appearance of the GAG headquarters.
The overall concept of the interior design was developed by Pell Architekten from Cologne. The concept features clearly structured workplaces along the façade, ranging from individual offices to open spaces, every form has been incorporated to facilitate the work of the various departments. Team zones offer a further opportunity for communicative work.

What will the office of the future look like, and will there even be such a thing? The whole idea of the office is currently being re-thought. With its new products, werner works wishes to make a contribution to furnishing this pioneering world of work. At the ORGATEC trade fair stand, werner works exhibited its latest developments relating to locker cupboards, acoustically effective adaptation elements for sideboards, and the new "parkour" range, developed by Kinzo from Berlin.

Beko Käuferportal, Europe's leading online platform for house related products, has moved into the new office at Potsdamer Platz in the former "Forum Tower" with 400 members of staff. With 18 storeys and a height of 70 metres, the building, which was designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano in 1998, is one of the signature features of the "New Centre" of Berlin.
The new domicile offers employees a creative platform for exchange, communication and retreat – a place to live and work. Flexible, open offices, cool extras and a bar encourage interactions. Single-occupancy offices, on the other hand, provide the necessary space for concentrated work.

Lockable storage spaces – whether these be locker cupboards, clothes cupboards or lockers – play an increasingly important role in open-plan office worlds. The more flexibly we work, the more important it becomes to have places where we can keep our personal things safe. Personal post, sports clothes, a change of shoes, or shopping from the lunch break can all be optimally stored and safely locked away in our lockers.

One of the aims of modern office worlds is to provide staff, in many different ways, with space to interact. Innovations come into being, first and foremost, when communications flow. The 'K-Module' range from 'werner works' makes it easy for people to talk to each other. Our 'K-Modules' are communication furnishings for spontaneous encounters, meetings arranged at short notice, or the informal exchange of ideas. The communications modules are available as the 'K-Module Stand' version, which serves as a high table for stand-up meetings, and the 'K-Module Sit' version for sit-down communications.

The new work landscapes were created in close cooperation with the staff, who were involved in the design process and took part in workshops. The various activities are supported with a multitude of different office scenarios.
Sliding door cupboards from werner works, some with acoustically effective elements made of fabric, are combined with furniture from Vitra to create a flexible and identity-defining work environment.
