“Good results come about in a good environment – characterized by team spirit, mutual trust and appreciation”, that is the philosophy of HWI IT. In order to be able to live the idea at work, the growing company from Malterdingen near Freiburg needed a correspondingly innovative room concept. The new office space is intended to promote agile and successful cooperation.
feco interior designer Stefanie Ranko developed an inspiring interplay of different zones. A carpet with a cobblestone look and a green moss path not only supports the industrial charm of the building, but at the same time ensures the division of the work area in the open space, which is to be used as a place for productivity and concentration.
The spacious open-plan office supports the hybrid working model and, as requested by the customer, breaks down hierarchical structures. Acoustically isolated areas with generous planting contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere and also offer sustainable, intensive team and individual work.
The center of the office is a Work Café that can be used flexibly and is set off by a rustic and warm wooden floor. Colleagues can get together here, organize events and talk to customers in a pleasant atmosphere.
Our 'stepup' elements are used in various functions both in the work area and in the common area. Seating and storage space for reading in the open space. A shaped grandstand as flexible seating for presentations and events of all kinds in the work café.
