The REA23 was the second edition of Germany's newest real estate fair in Hanover. From May 24th to 25th, 4,850 visitors came, primarily from the German real estate and construction industry, to
the exhibition center in Hanover. With around 275 exhibitors, visitors were able to find out about the most pressing issues in the industry in disruptive times. "The concept of the Real Estate
Arena, bringing together all those involved in the real estate value chain on one platform, is a great success," said Hartwig von Sass, project manager at Deutsche Messe. Climate change and ESG
regulations, portfolio development, lack of resources, digitization of the real estate industry, new working environments and work cultures as well as neighborhood and housing construction were
discussed on five stages.
