For the new working environment of Hanseatic Energy Hub, an office landscape was created that combines warmth, clarity and a calm, open atmosphere. In close collaboration with the client, Lüthje Architektur and our specialist dealer gärtner developed a spatial concept that reflects the identity of the company while offering functional solutions for contemporary work processes.
Subtly graduated shades of green, grey and rosé define zones within the space, adding depth and emphasizing the open view of St. Nikolai Church. The materials echo the character of the building and lend it a modern lightness.
In the open work areas, lockers from werner works were used. The elegant 'lockers' provide employees with secure, personal storage and support hybrid workplace concepts. Their calm, matte surface blends harmoniously into the warmly coordinated color scheme. Combined with the lounge seating, they create a place for short breaks and informal encounters – functional and welcoming at the same time. On closer view, the 'lockers' reveal their clear design language: the modular grid remains quiet and precise – a functional storage element with architectural presence.
In the meeting and conference rooms, 'basic cap' in a wall-based configuration ensures organized storage. The closed fronts underline the calm atmosphere of the room, while the restrained design keeps the focus on dialogue and collaboration. The furniture integrates seamlessly into the overall material and color concept, supporting the clarity of the architectural approach.
