A place that radiates from without and within.
Sprinkenhof is the central commercial real estate company of the Free Hanseatic City of Hamburg and it manages a rapidly growing number of individual properties, currently more than 700, for the citizens of the city. These include theatres, community facilities, offices and administration buildings.
Sprinkenhof GmbH has established itself as a pioneer and, in cooperation with Hamburg-based designfunktion, has created a pilot space and succeeded in breaking up existing structures – not only of the spatial kind. By cleverly dividing the space into open areas, focus and retreat offices, meeting points, a Zoom conference room, a work lounge and so-called joker rooms, a place has been created in which activity-based work is possible and which takes the individual needs of the staff into account.
Hybrid work.
The result is a pilot area that offers Sprinkenhof GmbH everything it could need in an optimal, modern working environment. The area forms the basis for hybrid work and the introduction of desk sharing.
Our ‘lockers’ provide temporary storage space for keeping work materials, personal bags and coats safe.
A multifunctional piece of furniture that was specially designed for this project brings together communication and storage space and becomes a central meeting point for the offices.
The space will serve as a valuable add-on, where an appreciative mindset and an associated leadership culture are encouraged and embraced.
