The aim of our specialist retail partner Nienhaus Bürocenter from Gelsenkirchen was to develop an innovative office concept for the redesign of VINCI's workspaces at the Frankfurt site. A working environment that attracts and inspires young talent and combines modern design parameters with a convincing function - an office that offers more than your own home.

It was crucial to take into account the diverse needs and working methods of the teams. The redesigned space adapts flexibly to the different tasks, promotes productive collaboration and inspires creative ideas. At the same time, the office concept enables concentrated and individualised work.

Our 'locker systems' offer employees a safe place to store personal belongings in this dynamic working environment. At the same time, they are a meeting place for socialising and a constant hub in the company for hybrid working. The partially open shelving structure of 'basic view' organises the space and at the same time creates attractive views. As a storage element, the shelving in the warm wood decor contributes to the cosy atmosphere in the room.
