After the tragic event in the Albertville secondary school in Winnenden, the school has now been refurbished. The main focus was on reducing the access points and making it possible to monitor them, installing technical security and alarm systems, creating additional opportunities for the pupils and giving the school an altered interior and exterior appearance to indicate a new start. A fresh shade of green runs through all areas of the building.
In the new administration building (teachers' room, foyer, offices and common areas), in particular, the interior designer Chairholder was able to play an important role in the project. werner works worked with all those involved in the project to develop tailor-made furniture solutions. Locker cupboards were manufactured to fit precisely into the wall in the foyer, for example, to become a part of the interior architecture. basic S shelf system components were customised with letter box openings and painted in May green to serve as personal storage compartments for staff. basic S hinged-door cupboards put the finishing touches to the furnishings in the single-occupancy offices and in the teachers' room.
