Bond manager Bantleon specialises in safe capital investments. Safe investments and lucrative yields are a balancing act that Berlin illustrator Olaf Hajek has portrayed for the company in congenial, contemporary illustrations. The inner core, dictated by the architecture, encompasses a multifunctional wooden wall that transforms the corporate image illustrations into spectacular 'akustography' images. In addition to fulfilling its acoustic purpose, it also incorporates numerous functional elements such as a fact-sheet shelf, a mineral water dispenser, cupboards for files, solid-wood pull-outs for office materials and cloakroom units in one room zone.
The company decided on single-occupancy offices, to create the optimum conditions for consultations, which mostly take place on the phone. The cupboards, boards and fixtures were specially adapted by werner works to suit the customer's requirements, and the acoustically effective fronts contribute to the pleasant atmosphere that has been created with great success.
