The Volvo dealer "E.R.B. Auto Zentrum GmbH" is located in Hanover and covers a total area of 10,000 sqm. Since April 2002, the car centre has been responsible for sales and service for the exclusive Volvo brand. In November 2019, the sales area was re-designed and furnished in line with Volvo design specifications in close cooperation between werner works, the planning team from pro office Hannover and CONSTRATA project management. For the local dealership, the main focus was to develop a modern, customer-friendly service centre. The service concept can now be lived out perfectly over an area of 2,400 sqm.
Made-to-measure
The new furnishing concept was achieved with high-quality products from renowned manufacturers such as Interface, werner works and Wilkhahn. Among its features, the information area and service reception were given a complete makeover and a lounge and catering area was incorporated for lingering and providing information.
All sales workstations and also the counter system were realised by werner works in its basic C range to specifically reflect the customer’s requirements. Additional cabinets at the workstations are from the basic cap product portfolio. The floor-to-ceiling wall units in the basic S product line were tailor-made for a perfect fit and provide ample storage space for sales documents and office supplies.
