For more than 75 years, KSG Hannover has been a reliable partner of local municipalities in the region as a housing company. For the construction of its new corporate headquarters, agsta architekten from Hanover developed a predominantly four-storey building with a recessed top floor and a striking corner solution at the intersection of Hildesheimer Straße and Siemensstraße. Drawing on the construction style typical of the Südstadt district, the façades were executed in dark brown solid clinker brick, deliberately referencing the architectural language of the 1920s.

With its new corporate headquarters, KSG provides a contemporary response to the requirements of an ever-changing working world. The architectural concept supports modern forms of teamwork: transparent glass partition walls create openness and promote exchange. Interaction zones throughout the building – tea kitchens on every floor, lounge areas and a fitness room – offer space for communication, team spirit and creativity.
