Multi-space instead of open space
The administration headquarters, which are particularly environmentally friendly and have a green building certificate to prove it, sport a brick façade that demonstrates the Sparkasse's regional solidarity. In the middle of the town yet still in green surroundings, a place for better communication and interaction has been created. The meandering form of the building not only offers wide views of the landscape, but also creates height and meeting points.
Flexible working landscapes
The new work landscapes were created in close cooperation with the staff, who were involved in the design process and took part in workshops. The various activities are supported with a multitude of different office scenarios.
Sliding door cupboards from werner works, some with acoustically effective elements made of fabric, are combined with furniture from Vitra to create a flexible and identity-defining work environment.
Different activities require different types of room.
