How can communication, creativity and concentration be combined in a work environment with a feel-good effect? And how can office spaces take the sense of community, health and sustainability to the next level? That was the task of the seydlitz.works project team at PSD Bank in Hanover.

PSD Bank acquired its new six-story office building for 90 employees on Tannenbergsallee in 2020 and had it extensively gutted over a period of 18 months. The area was thus prepared for a new spatial concept.

Arriving in the new reception area is now a pleasant experience. A reception that not only looks inviting, but also invites you to remain. Coffee points, lounges, waiting and team zones as well as social rooms offer employees space for concentration and communication in a relaxed atmosphere. Werner Works was able to play a key role in shaping the first impression of the PSD Bank in Hanover in this project with a cockpit 2.0 reception desk and basic cap wall-mounted cabinets.
