The Wildau Technical University campus is located on a historic industrial factory site. Studying, teaching and research take place, today, where once locomotives were manufactured in large factory halls. Some of the teaching and laboratory rooms of the university settled into the historic buildings and others were housed in new, purpose-built constructions. In addition to attracting students, this unusual mix of old and new also frequently draws architecture enthusiasts to come and admire it.
The colour concept of the newly design exterior and interior architecture is carried forward into the tutors' offices. The solitaire cupboards from the basic S product line from werner works are fitted with large-format sliding doors with a matt green paint finish. Pedestals with green fronts and tops pick up the colours of the cupboards and chairs.
